Senior Project Manager
Create clarity, drive momentum, and lead world-class delivery for our global customers.
Why this role matters
At the heart of a successful Professional Services engagement is a structured, predictable, and high-quality delivery experience. As our Senior Project Manager, you won't just be managing tasks; you’ll be the engine that creates clarity across complex timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
You will partner closely with consultants, technical specialists, and client stakeholders to ensure our projects result in successful outcomes that align with the Customer Value Plan (CVP). If you thrive on autonomy, love solving operational bottlenecks, and want to leverage AI to redefine project delivery, this is your chance to make an impact.
On a typical day, you will
Structure the Path Forward: Develop project plans and workstreams that provide absolute clarity for all contributors.
Drive Alignment: Lead status updates and communication routines to keep internal and client teams informed and action-oriented.
Manage Risk Proactively: Identify delivery blockers and engagement risks—like low participation—early, ensuring they don't impact the CVP.
Optimize Delivery: Partner with peers to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions, including using AI to streamline processes.
Maintain Momentum: Coordinate resources and milestones across delivery teams to ensure everything moves forward with quality and pace.
What We’re Looking For
Expert Coordination: You have a proven track record in project coordination and delivery management, preferably within SaaS or Professional Services.
Client Advocacy: You build constructive relationships and can surface concerns early to maintain a positive engagement experience.
Action-Oriented Mindset: You take ownership of moving delivery forward and remain calm during complex delivery moments.
Tech Savviness: You are comfortable using digital tools and are eager to explore how AI-supported insights can improve tracking and efficiency.
Strategic Planning: You can organize complex workstreams into clear plans that reflect priorities and dependencies.
