Marketing Operations Manager
Marketing Operations Manager at Ardoq
Help build the engine behind our go-to-market strategy
Ardoq is at a pivotal inflection point. Over the last 18 months, we’ve achieved world-class results putting us in a very strong position to drive record growth in 2026. As a five time Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader, we drive real value for our customers supported by continual investment in R&D and sales execution.
As we focus on further accelerating net new ARR growth, we need a high performing Marketing Operations Manager to build the sophisticated operational engine that will take us from $50M to $100M+.
Why This Role Matters
This isn't a ‘maintenance’ role. We are moving away from traditional net-new MQL focus toward a targeted high-propensity account strategy. You will be the architect behind our go-to-market engine, shifting us from simple lead-gen to account-based marketing, database marketing, and personalised nurturing programmes.
As a member of the revenue operations team, you will partner directly with an experienced marketing leadership team, a proven CRO and a top performing sales team to turn complexity into revenue-generating workflows. Your mission is to bridge the gap between marketing spend and pipeline acceleration.
The Mission: Engineering Growth
We have the vision; we need you to sharpen the execution excellence. Your core objectives will include:
Driving a 50% year-on-year increase in the number of opportunities generated
Generate sales opportunities by engineering targeted ‘plays’ with high-fit leads in our database
Increase our MQL:SQL rate by 50% by implementing a world-class lead routing process. Personalize and automate follow-up using AI-based tools to ensure we maximize the return from new leads.
20% reduction in cost per SAL for advertising programmes by developing conversion funnels, improving targeting, using intent signals, and developing our understanding of the marketing mix required to inspire buyers to connect with Ardoq.
Your Day-to-Day
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership Teams: prioritize our biggest growth opportunities, helping the demand gen team execute on reporting and targeted engagement plays.
Report and track performance KPIs and our marketing growth model: provide the wider marketing and sales teams with an always-on view of pipeline forecast; identify problems early; and spot trends that will mean we need to change tactics.
System Architecture: evolve and optimize our core GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, and Clari to support growth ambitions. Introduce AI tooling that helps us define personalized engagement with our target buyers.
Advanced Analytics: Apply multiple attribution lenses to identify exactly how our spend drives results and to inform our investment decisions.
Lifecycle Management: Own the stability of lead routing and the refinement of account scoring and lifecycle stages.
Operational Modeling: Automate reporting processes - especially for advertising - to embed performance KPIs directly into team workflows.
Who You Are
The Architect: You don't just use HubSpot and Salesforce; you know how to "break" and rebuild them. You think in terms of data architecture, custom objects, and scalable workflow automation.
Commercially Obsessed: You understand that "Lead Volume" is a vanity metric. You care about Pipeline Velocity, CAC, and Net New ARR growth rates.
Data Literate: You are comfortable with multi-touch attribution, intent data (6sense/Demandbase), and account-based engagement footprints.
A "Builder" Mentality: You enjoy the "messy middle" of scaling. You can take a strategy discussed in a slide deck and turn it into a functional, automated process by Monday morning
Experience: You’ve likely spent 5+ years in RevOps, Growth, or Marketing Ops role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment (Series B through IPO/Exit).
