Revenue Operations Systems Manager | London (Hybrid)
Revenue Operations Systems Manager at Ardoq
Architect the engine that powers our global Go-To-Market strategy.
The Ardoq Story
Ardoq is one of Norway’s most exciting scale-ups—a truly global company built out of Oslo. We are a SaaS platform that helps organizations understand, manage, and evolve their complex digital landscape. By providing a dynamic, collaborative "digital twin" of their business, we connect systems, people, and processes to drive better decision-making and accelerate digital transformation.
Today, we help some of the world’s most complex organizations (like ExxonMobil and British Telecom) gain clarity in a changing world. We are backed by leading global tech investors, including EQT and One Peak, giving us the stability of a mature company with the speed and soul of a startup.
About the Role
As our Revenue Operations Systems Manager, you will be the technical architect of our commercial ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure our tech stack—anchored by Salesforce—is stable, scalable, and perfectly aligned with our business goals. By designing smarter automation and robust data governance, you will directly empower our GTM teams to move faster and make better, data-driven decisions.
At Ardoq, we value autonomy and psychological safety. In this role, you won't just follow a script; you will have the influence to shape your domain and the ownership to see your ideas through to execution.
What you’ll do:
Lead the vision for our GTM systems ecosystem, ensuring Salesforce and integrated tools are configured for maximum quality and long-term maintainability.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solution architectures that support strategic growth.
Architect the foundation for scalable reporting and data governance, eliminating manual friction and ensuring our leaders have high-quality insights.
Cultural Contribution: Help foster a high-performance culture built on mentorship and collective success.
On a typical day, you will:
Troubleshoot complex configurations or integrations and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical challenges.
Design and document new workflow automations that simplify the user experience for our GTM teams.
Train users on new tools or process updates to drive higher adoption and operational efficiency.
Who you are
We are looking for a collaborator who balances deep domain expertise with a humble, "team-first" mindset.
The Experience: You have a proven track record in Salesforce Administration and system architecture, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
The Mindset: You are action-oriented and courageous, ready to raise system risks early and advocate for scalable solutions over "quick fixes."
The Tools: You are proficient in Salesforce Automation, System Integration, and Data Governance, and you are curious about leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency.
The Communicator: You can translate complex system concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on timelines and impacts.
The "Ardoq Way"
We live by three core values that define how we work and treat each other:
You are BOLD: You don't settle for "good enough". You continuously raise the bar, challenging what’s possible and acting decisively even when information is incomplete to maintain momentum
You are DRIVEN: You act like an owner; if this company were yours, you’d know exactly what to do. You prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on the highest-value outcomes at speed.
You are CARING: You care enough to be candid. You deliver direct, kind, and constructive feedback to help your teammates grow, always putting collective success ahead of personal wins.
Why Ardoq?
We believe that high performance is powered by wellbeing. While our goals are global, our culture is quintessentially Nordic.
