Integrated Campaign Manager
Integrated Campaign Manager
About Ardoq
Ardoq is one of the fastest-growing Enterprise Architecture platforms, helping large, complex organizations plan, execute, and monitor change with confidence. Our data-driven approach gives CIOs, CTOs, and Enterprise Architects a live, connected view of their technology, applications, capabilities, and people, so they can make better decisions, faster. As we scale globally, marketing plays a central role in bringing that story to the enterprise buyers who need it.
The Role
We're looking for an Integrated Campaign Manager to act as the conductor of Ardoq's go-to-market campaigns. Reporting to the CMO, you'll turn commercial goals into insight-led campaign plans and bring together the specialists who make them happen - content, digital, paid media, social, PR, field, product marketing, and brand into cohesive, multichannel programs that reach and move our target buyers.
This is a hands-on orchestration role, not a people-management one. You won't own every channel, but you'll own the plan, the critical path, the budget, and the measurement - and you'll be accountable for campaigns that launch on time, on budget, and on target, and that contribute measurably to pipeline.
What You'll Do
Orchestrate: Act as the central conductor of integrated, multichannel campaigns, bringing together content, digital, paid media, social, PR, field, product marketing, and brand into one cohesive program.
Plan: Turn business and commercial goals into clear, insight-led campaign strategies and creative briefs aligned to Ardoq's messaging and target buyers.
Own delivery & budget: Own campaign timelines, critical paths, and budgets, making trade-offs that deliver the greatest reach, engagement, and pipeline impact, on time and on target.
Align stakeholders: Bring the right people in at the right time. Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, Brand, and marketing specialists, and brief and manage external agency partners.
Measure & optimize: Define KPIs and attribution before launch, monitor live campaigns, optimize in-flight, and report results and recommendations to senior leadership, including the CMO.
On a typical day, you will
Look at what the campaign did overnight and decide whether to move spend. Rewrite a brief because product marketing came back with a sharper angle on the buyer. Chase the one dependency that is about to slip, and fix it before it turns into a date change. Sit with the BDR lead so the team knows exactly what is landing in inboxes next week. Say no to a request that would dilute the narrative, and explain why. Then take the CMO through what is working, what is not, and what you are changing this week.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience planning and running integrated, multichannel B2B campaigns end-to-end, ideally in enterprise SaaS or a similarly complex, considered-purchase category.
A natural orchestrator who thrives coordinating cross-functional teams and agencies without direct authority, and keeps many workstreams moving in sync.
Strong strategic and briefing skills, able to translate commercial goals and buyer insight into clear plans and creative briefs.
Excellent project and budget management, with a firm grip on timelines, critical paths, dependencies, and spend.
Commercial and analytical mindset: comfortable with pipeline, funnel metrics, attribution, and using data to optimize live campaigns and report ROI.
Confident stakeholder management and communication, including with senior leadership and external partners.
Hands-on with a modern marketing stack (e.g. marketing automation such as HubSpot, CRM such as Salesforce, and project/analytics tools), and fluent in using AI-enabled tools to work faster and smarter.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to enterprise IT audiences such as Enterprise Architects, CIOs, or CTOs.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-stakeholder enterprise buying groups.
Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment.
