Field Marketing Manager
Field Marketing Manager, EU at Ardoq
Build the marketing programmes that get Ardoq into the room with Europe's most complex enterprises.
The Ardoq story
Ardoq is one of Norway's most exciting scale-ups, a truly global company built out of Oslo. We are the AI-powered Enterprise Architecture platform that turns enterprise complexity into connected intelligence. Built on a proprietary graph foundation, we help organisations see how people, processes and technology actually interact, and understand how change will land before they commit to it.
Today we help over 400 of the world's most complex organisations, including British Telecom, Carlsberg Group and ExxonMobil, gain clarity in a changing world. We have been named a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for Enterprise Architecture five years running. We are backed by leading global tech investors, including EQT and One Peak, giving us the stability of a mature company with the speed and soul of a startup.
About the role
The people we need in the room have a problem they cannot solve with a spreadsheet. CIOs, Heads of Enterprise Architecture and Transformation Leads at Europe's largest organisations are being asked to move fast on AI while their view of their own technology estate goes out of date the day it is written. They know the picture is wrong. They do not know what it is costing them.
Reaching those people is not a volume exercise. It takes the right executive roundtable, the right presence at the right Gartner event, the right partner sitting next to us. This role builds that across the EU and determines whether it works.
You will carry a pipeline number, a budget and a calendar. You will decide where Ardoq shows up in Europe and where it does not.
At Ardoq, we value autonomy and psychological safety. In this role, you won't just follow a script; you will have the influence to shape your domain and the ownership to see your ideas through to execution.
What you'll do
Regional ownership: Own the EU marketing plan end to end, from strategy through to the follow-up email nobody else wants to write.
Events that earn attention: Design and deliver executive roundtables, webinars and conferences, and lead Ardoq's presence at key Gartner events across the region.
Partner and customer programmes: Build joint plans and co-branded programmes with Ardoq partners, and turn customer stories into proof that campaigns and sales conversations can actually use.
Commercial contribution: Track pipeline sourced and influenced, analyse ROI honestly, and move budget towards what is working.
Cultural contribution: Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Digital and Sales so the region tells one story, and share what you learn back into the wider GTM team.
On a typical day, you will
Sit with an account executive to work out which accounts a Munich roundtable should be built around
Rework invite copy because the open rate on the first send told you something
Chase a partner for their half of a co-branded campaign that goes live on Monday
Brief Product Marketing on what the Gartner audience actually asked about last month
Look at last quarter's event spend and decide what you are cutting
Interview a customer for a story you already know three campaigns will use
Who you are
How you work
You start before the brief is finished. When inputs are incomplete you make a call, state the assumption and keep moving.
You say the hard thing early. When the plan and the pipeline number do not add up, you raise it rather than hoping.
You work for the funnel, not for marketing. Sales, Partners and Product Marketing are colleagues, not audiences.
You judge your own work on outcomes rather than activity, and you can show the numbers either way.
You use AI as part of how you work, not as a novelty, and you check its output before anyone else sees it.
You bring structure while the strategy is still moving.
What you bring
Experience in field or partner marketing at a B2B SaaS company selling to enterprise
Regional events run end to end, including budget and logistics
Integrated campaigns across email, digital, social and events
A working understanding of the full funnel, and comfort reading the numbers yourself
HubSpot and Salesforce, or close equivalents
Comfort operating across markets and time zones
