About the Role
You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Services, and the customer, qualifying and shaping engagements, designing service offerings that deliver measurable outcomes, and ensuring every deal is set up for delivery success before it’s even kicked off. You’ll be embedded in the European AE team, which means building deep, trusted relationships with Account Executives across the region and becoming the person they want in every strategic conversation.
What You’ll Do
Own the services pipeline: identify, qualify, and shape service opportunities across new logos and existing accounts, ensuring every engagement has a clear scope, outcome, and commercial rationale.
Partner with European AEs: become the trusted services counterpart to the AE team, joining strategic conversations early and ensuring services are positioned as value accelerators, not afterthoughts.
Design solutions that deliver: translate complex client needs into scalable, outcome-focused service offerings, building proposals and commercial models that hold up under scrutiny.
Own the pre-to-post handover: lead clean, well-documented transitions from pre-sales to delivery so the Delivery and Customer Success teams are set up to win from day one.
Evolve the portfolio: contribute directly to Ardoq’s services strategy, identifying gaps, piloting new offerings, and sharing market insight to keep our services ahead of client demand.
Drive forecast accuracy: maintain a reliable, well-reasoned view of services bookings, giving leadership the confidence to plan ahead.
On a Typical Day, You Will
You’ll start by reviewing the pipeline, working with two of the European AEs, talking through where services can accelerate a deal that’s stalled in late-stage technical validation. You’ll pick up a draft proposal for a global financial services client and refine the scope based on a call with their EA team yesterday. Mid-afternoon, you’ll present a services roadmap to a CISO and their architecture lead at a Tier 1 prospect, bringing together commercial logic and delivery confidence in the same conversation. You’ll end the day with a quick debrief with the Delivery team to close out a handover doc, making sure nothing is lost between “signed” and “started.”
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness with genuine intellectual curiosity, someone who finds the complexity of enterprise architecture interesting, not intimidating.
You’ve worked in professional services, pre-sales, or a commercial role within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, ideally at the intersection of consulting and sales.
You know how to shape an engagement: qualifying hard, scoping tightly, and building commercial constructs that are both client-friendly and commercially sound.
You build trust quickly with senior stakeholders. CIOs, EAs, programme leads, and you know the difference between influence and pressure.
You’re as comfortable with ambiguity as you are with a CRM. You can take a vague client brief and turn it into a clear proposal without needing to be hand-held through the process.
You think about AI not as a future thing but as part of how you work right now, using it to sharpen analysis, improve how you present value, and move faster without cutting corners.
You’re fluent in the realities of enterprise transformation: legacy complexity, stakeholder politics, and the gap between what gets sold and what gets delivered.
