Senior People Partner
Senior People Partner
Driving people partnering and operational excellence and as fuel for our high-performance culture.
The Ardoq Story
Ardoq is one of Norway’s most exciting scale-ups—a truly global company built out of Oslo. We are a SaaS platform that helps organizations understand, manage, and evolve their complex digital landscape. By providing a dynamic, collaborative "digital twin" of their business, we connect systems, people, and processes to drive better decision-making and accelerate digital transformation.
Today, we help some of the world’s most complex organizations (like Exxon Mobil and British Telecom) gain clarity in a changing world. We are backed by leading global tech investors, including EQT and One Peak, giving us the stability of a mature company with the speed and soul of a startup.
About the Role
At Ardoq, we believe that an organization’s architecture is only as strong as the people who build it. As the Senior People Partner for our Norway location, you won’t just be managing HR tasks; you will be the strategic architect of our local culture and a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will ensure that as we automate the world’s digital landscapes, we remain grounded in expert Norwegian employment law and a high-bar, AI-fluent people strategy.
What you’ll do
Partnering: Act as an advisor to functional leaders & Ardoqians, providing the "on-the-ground" partnership that translates into team performance.
Process Evolution: Leverage AI and automation to modernize our People Operations landscape, identifying efficiencies that allow us to scale at pace.
Compliance Foundation: Maintain 100% adherence to Norwegian Labor Law and GDPR, ensuring our data integrity is "audit-ready" at all times.
Oslo Culture Lead: A key representative for the People team in Oslo, building community connectivity both ensuring our Nordic roots remain strong as we scale and as an International business.
Drive AI & Efficiency: Proactively use AI and automation to improve our impact and customer experience, from removing manual tasks from your own workflow and the wider team's, ensuring we focus on high-impact.
Who you are
The Expert: You bring deep functional knowledge of Norwegian labor legislation and trade union relations.
The Analyst: You are proficient in HR systems and data visualization, comfortable turning "noise" into clear people narratives.
The Bridge-Builder: You balance the needs of local Norwegian employees with global functional goals without breaking a sweat.
The Future-Ready Partner: You don't just "use" tools; you anticipate and adopt innovations in tech and AI to modernize how HR works.
The "Ardoq Way"
We live by three values — Bold, Caring, and Driven — that define how we work, how we treat each other, and how we win.
BOLD: We continuously raise the bar for ourselves and each other, starting from a place of "what if I could?" We act decisively, even when the information isn't complete, and choose forward motion and learning over waiting for the perfect answer.
CARING: We care enough to be candid. That means delivering direct, kind, and timely feedback that helps our teammates grow. We operate as one team — sharing knowledge openly, celebrating each other's wins, and putting collective success ahead of individual ones.
DRIVEN: At Ardoq, everyone has a stake in the outcome — including stock options. We act like owners: measuring success by impact rather than effort, saying "no" to distractions, and staying focused on the highest-value work at pace.
