Enterprise Architecture Consultant - Onboarding
The Ardoq Story
Ardoq is one of Norway’s most exciting scale-ups—a truly global company built out of Oslo. We are a SaaS platform that helps organizations understand, manage, and evolve their complex digital landscape. By providing a dynamic, collaborative "digital twin" of their business, we connect systems, people, and processes to drive better decision-making and accelerate digital transformation.
Today, we help some of the world’s most complex organizations (like ExxonMobil and British Telecom) gain clarity in a changing world. We are backed by leading global tech investors, including EQT and One Peak, giving us the stability of a mature company with the speed and soul of a startup.
About the Role
Most enterprise organizations are flying blind. They have thousands of systems, processes, and people, but no "GPS" to navigate the complexity of digital transformation. As an Enterprise Architecture Consultant in our new Onboarding team, you won’t just be "setting up software." You will be the architect of their first "aha!" moment.
You will help enterprises move like small companies by turning their fragmented data into a living, connected digital twin. Your goal is to move them from documentation to decision intelligence, ensuring they see measurable value from Ardoq in weeks, not years.
US Salary - $140,000 - $160,000 per annum
What you’ll do
Guiding the Journey: You’ll lead technical workshops (in German and English), helping our new customers map their core systems and processes into Ardoq.
Building the Blueprint: You’ll translate a client’s IT landscape into a clean, automated metamodel, showing them dependencies they didn't know existed.
Being the Expert: You’ll collaborate closely with the Onboarding team to refine our delivery playbooks, ensuring we are always "Cloud-native and AI-driven".
Cross-functional Alignment: You’ll sync with Sales, Services, Product and Customer Success to ensure the "Customer Value Plan" you start during onboarding becomes a long-term reality.
Who you are
The Connector: You can speak the language of a CTO and a Developer. You enjoy simplifying complex technical challenges through structured problem-solving.
SaaS Native: You understand the pace of a high-growth SaaS business and are keen to be coached into a world-class consultant.
German Proficiency: You have intermediate German language skills. You can navigate complex business discussions and technical documentation in both English and German.
Action-Oriented: You don’t wait for instructions. You take initiative to solve client problems promptly and with high energy.
AI-Fluent: You don't just use AI; you orchestrate it. You are eager to show our clients how AI-powered modeling can eliminate their manual busywork.
The "Ardoq Way"
We live by three core values that define how we work and treat each other:
BOLD: You continuously raise the bar, challenging what’s possible and acting decisively even when information is incomplete to maintain momentum.
CARING: You care enough to be candid. You deliver direct, kind, and constructive feedback to help your teammates grow, always putting collective success ahead of personal wins.
DRIVEN: Each Ardoqian has stock options, so you can act like an owner, you know exactly what to do. You prioritize ruthlessly, saying "no" to distractions to focus on the highest-value outcomes at speed.
