About the Role
In this role, you will be the bridge between customer challenges and business outcomes, acting as a trusted advisor who helps organizations navigate transformation with confidence. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will shape opportunities and deliver engaging demonstrations that accelerate deals and strengthen customer trust.

What you’ll do
Deliver compelling, value-driven demonstrations that articulate Ardoq’s impact in solving specific customer challenges.
Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, design tailored solutions, and build strategies that increase win rates.
Quantify and communicate the ROI of Ardoq’s platform through data-driven storytelling and measurable business outcomes.
Help foster a high-performance culture built on mentorship, collective success, and the sharing of presales best practices.
On a typical day, you will:
Manage technical evaluations, ensuring clear success criteria and smooth progression through proof-of-value stages.
Translate multifaceted customer needs into actionable solutions that align with both business and technical objectives
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to share market insights that improve Ardoq’s ability to grow.
Use AI tools and pipeline insights to streamline your activity and enhance the relevance of your solution recommendations.
Who you are
We are looking for a collaborator who balances deep domain expertise with a humble, "team-first" mindset.
The Experience: You have a proven track record in presales or technical consulting, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
The Mindset: You are action-oriented, comfortable with complexity, and bring a "constructive challenge" to customer conversations to ensure we are delivering real value.
The Tools: You are proficient in sales methodologies (like MEDDPICC) and are fluent in using AI and data tools to uncover insights, but you are always curious about learning what’s next.
The Communicator: You can translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels, building trust through transparent dialogue.
