About the Role

At Ardoq, we aren't just "selling software"; we are Powering Critical Transformation Journeys. As a Product Designer, you won't just follow a script; you will be the voice of the user within a cross-functional team, translating deep research insights into intuitive, end-to-end product experiences. This isn't about pushing pixels; it's about architecting the interface that allows global leaders to navigate the "Complexity Crisis" with confidence.

What you’ll do

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the critical link between design and engineering, leveraging Figma tokens, variables, and Figma Connect to ensure our design system scales seamlessly.

• Shape the Vision: Lead the design hypotheses and high-fidelity prototyping for complex modules like Dynamic Impact Analysis.

• Ground Decisions in Insight: Conduct and synthesize user research to ensure every design choice solves a real customer pain point.

• Cultivate the "Ardoq Way": Contribute to a high-performance culture built on mentorship, candid feedback, and collective success.

On a typical day, you will

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align user needs with technical feasibility.

• Evolve our shared design system by creating consistent, scalable components.

• Engage in feedback cycles and critiques to elevate the quality of the entire team’s output.

• Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to improve efficiency and insight generation.

Who you are

We are looking for a collaborator who balances deep domain expertise with a humble, "team-first" mindset.

• The Experience: You have a proven track record in product design, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.

• The Systems Thinker: You are an expert in Figma (variables, tokens) and have a passion for building robust design systems that empower engineering.

• The Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy the challenge of building from the ground up.

• The Communicator: You can translate complex architectural ideas into clear, actionable design plans for stakeholders at all levels.
