As a Software Engineer, you’ll be part of the team designing and building the scalable systems that power our platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to solve complex problems, improve performance and build features that make enterprise architecture more accessible and actionable.

On a typical day, you will

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend services that keep our platform fast, reliable, and scalable
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to our engineering standards

• Explore opportunities to use AI tools to streamline development workflows and improve system performance
  

• Help evolve our architecture as we scale, ensuring we balance innovation with robustness
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience for customers

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in software development with a focus on building scalable systems (backend or full stack)
  

• Strong skills in modern programming languages (experience with functional programming or Clojure is a plus, but not required)
  

• Knowledge of API design, web services, and database management (SQL or similar)
  

• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
  

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
  

• AI fluency: curiosity and experience using AI tools in your work, with an interest in applying them to improve efficiency and outcomes
  

• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a drive to continuously learn and improve
