As a Enterprise Architecture Consultant at Ardoq, you’ll sit at the heart of our Professional Services team, guiding customers to realize maximum value from our platform. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to design, configure and implement solutions that align with their business goals and technical landscapes.
This isn’t just about delivering projects, it’s about enabling customers to become self-sufficient, ensuring they can use Ardoq to drive continuous value long after the engagement ends. You’ll play a key role in customer retention and satisfaction, working alongside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to make sure Ardoq becomes a trusted partner in their transformation journey.
On a typical day, you will
Lead professional services engagements, from scoping to delivery, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map challenges, define outcomes, and shape path-to-value using Ardoq
Guide customers in configuring Ardoq to align with their enterprise architecture practices and transformation initiatives
Deliver training and coaching that builds customer independence and confidence in the platform
Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to scope and position new services opportunities and contribute to Statements of Work
Share field insights with Product Management and Engineering to help shape future product improvements
Contribute to internal delivery playbooks and continuously improve tools, techniques, and processes within Professional Services
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, SaaS consulting, or a related discipline
Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand customer business processes and translate them into technical solutions
A solid understanding of IT architecture, including both physical infrastructure and logical IT ecosystems
Proven ability to design and interpret complex diagrams, models, or reporting for enterprise environments
High degree of business acumen, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving alignment across business and IT
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and build trust
AI fluency: curiosity and practical use of AI tools to improve problem-solving, solutioning, and delivery outcomes

- Depending on experience a base salary of $105,000 - $125,000 gross per year, plus a 15% variable
