Be a Business Development Representative
See if we're a good fit for you!
What is a Business Development Representative?
The BDRs (Business Development Representatives) create our customer base. They go out into the wilds to find and nurture prospects and companies. They carefully research and identify personas that can benefit from our software, creating new client opportunities.
The skills they learn as a BDR, cold calling, email messaging, and selling - earn them the stripes to move on. Our BDRs are set up for success with the potential to become account managers or move into marketing or customer success.

I started as a Business Development Representative. This experience and knowledge paved the way to my current role in Customer Success.

What our BDRs say
-
In the beginning, we had a lot to learn about digital transformation. But quickly you see how you can perform without knowing everything. It's a really great role because you learn tons and speak with so many different people and experts in the field.
Thomas Wegeberg Junior Account Executive, Copenhagen

Ardoq is my first Enterprise Architecture experience. It’s interesting because there's always something new to learn. After a year here, I look forward to my next step as a Senior BDR or in a new role within the organization. I'm so much looking forward to growing and learning here.
Anca Sandøe-Musaeus Business Development Representative, Copenhagen

Everyone is just so friendly and welcoming. You really can ask them anything - and even if you don't ask, they’ll give you tips about resources and useful materials. It translates into good office vibes. For example in sales this quarter, around 85% of us have hit our targets. In our Monday meeting we rallied together to help out those who haven’t hit it yet.
Megan O'Connell Business Development Representative, London
