We’re looking for an experienced content writer to join our growing, international, and awesome team at our head office in Oslo, Norway.

As a Content Specialist at Ardoq, you’ll be joining the Product Marketing team but working as a central cross-team function with the Head of Content. This means your work will be part of (and impactful across) multiple teams, processes, and successes across the company.

Responsibilities & Ownership 

Be the trusted lead writer for 

  • The Ardoq blog - With a global audience and exciting potential for growth (both in readership and creativity)
  • High-quality lead generating long-form articles and whitepapers - At the forefront of shaping the story of the whole industry
  • Sales and Product Marketing collateral - Creating the most critical content stepping stones for the customer journey
  • Badass Marketing copy - On Ardoq’s most forward-facing and impactful communication channels

You will also:

  • Have the opportunity to test concepts and messaging across a wide range of communication channels
  • Drive a results-focused process of creating and reviewing content
  • Help proofread and develop other internal writers’ content, becoming a key contributor to Ardoq’s overall messaging and tone of voice

  • Native English speaker (or proven written fluency)
  • Experience writing for corporate blogs
  • Experience writing with SEO best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and laser-focused proofreading
  • Able to give and receive constructive feedback and nurture positive collaboration relationships
  • Able to manage a varied and quick-paced workload while maintaining creativity and quality control
  • A desire to flex your storytelling muscles, expand your corporate writing portfolio and learn more about Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales processes

Ideally, you might also have experience:

  • With Tone of Voice guidelines, either using or developing
  • Proven experience of writing professionally in American English
  • Working in or closely with Digital Marketing and/or Product Marketing teams
  • Writing website copy
  • Writing content for corporate presentations and Sales materials
  • Writing press releases for a global audience
  • Using content creation, collaboration and/or management tools
