Are you our new brand guardian, ready to take on the responsibility for adapting the brand strategy for our company’s target audience? 

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager as our current Brand Marketing Manager will have a 10-month break from March 2021. You will be responsible for Ardoq awareness marketing and branding. The role can be made permanent for the right candidate.

This role is a key part of our Marketing team, and you will have a leading responsibility for future brand expectations and targets, as well as the development of marketing material connected to short-term tactical Sales and Marketing plans. 

You have experience with marketing and are used to, and motivated by working towards measurable KPIs.

As a person, you are passionate about creating marketing campaigns that get noticed and good at juggling several tasks and projects in parallel. To succeed with us, you need to be self-sufficient, structured, and committed, while at the same time being good at collaborating across disciplines and international boundaries.

As a member of the team, you should be able to work well across the organization, collaborating with marketers, sales, designers, managers, developers, etc. 

You will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for our brand strategy and execution
  • Responsible for Ardoq’s organic social presence
  • Campaign planning and development focusing on top-of-the-funnel to ensure content that’s appealing and works towards our target audience
  • Collaboration with the Product Marketing team to create content to support launches and product features 
  • Work closely with agencies and in-house content team
  • Track and analyze data to assess brand performance and derive key actionable business insights
  • Responsibility for event marketing and execution 
  • Help build a media- and channel strategy that supports our KPIs
  • Have a great understanding of social media platforms and management
  • Contribute to a good, productive, and happy work environment that supports collaboration across teams 

Experience:

  • Experience with Awareness marketing planning and execution
  • Experience with reporting on important awareness KPIs 
  • Experience with planning and developing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • A proven and successful track record in executing digital ad campaigns on multiple channels
  • Event management and marketing
  • Project management incl. experience with managing budgets
  • Experience working with external agencies 
  • Experience working with analytics tools ie. Google Analytics, HubSpot analytics etc.
