We are looking for a bold, caring and driven Account Executive with experience in B2B software sales

Account Executives in Ardoq contribute directly to the company's growth and investments strategies by signing new customers in North America. This means that you are selling Ardoq’s world leading Enterprise Architecture solution to new customers by collaborating closely with Business Development Reps and Solution Specialists. We believe that people, stakeholders at our customers and our employees are the most important thing for a technology company to scale. Therefore, we are looking for competitive individuals who have track records of exceeding quarterly quotas while supporting other people on their team to become successful.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Responsibility for individual sales
  • Build a company based on sales success
  • Build a positive culture where people can learn and develop their skills
  • Lead by example by coordinating effectively with Business Development reps and Solution Specialists
  • Deliver on Quarterly budgets and present progress in CRM and weekly meetings
  • Introduce Ardoq to an existing network of potential clients and partners
  • Inspire growth with a winning attitude

 

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience as an AE
  • Experience in selling IT solutions or similar
  • Ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders including C-level executives
  • Proactive and result-oriented person
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders in single processes
  • Understanding of project management (managing complex sales processes)
