We are looking for a bold, caring and driven Customer Solution Specialist with technical expertise within IT that enjoys both pre-sales and post-sales work.

Customer Solution Specialists in Ardoq contribute directly to the company's growth and investments strategies by collaborating with the customer success and sales teams. This means you are responsible for managing technical validation of Ardoq either via POCs, custom demonstrations with customers, trials with prospects or paid pilots. In addition, you enjoy onboarding customers to realize value quickly based upon their technical validation. We believe that people are the most important ingredient for a technology company to scale successfully. Therefore, we are looking for technical individuals who have track records of successfully demonstrating the value in Ardoq to customers and prospects.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Responsible to successfully run technical validation events with prospects and customers
  • Support Onboarding and CS team with post-sales activities
  • Build a company based on customer growth
  • Build a positive culture where people can learn and develop their skills
  • Lead by example by coordinating effectively with Business Development reps, Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Become an expert in the Ardoq solution and train customers with varying levels of sophistication
  • Provide best practice documentation for specific customer requirements and for reuse 
  • Be a trusted advisor for Ardoq product knowledge and digital transformation 
  • Translate business requirements/questions into practical use cases and ensure  technical requirements are in line with customer business value drivers 
  • Travel to customer sites is required, depending on customer needs. This will be both intra-country and international (but of course subject to the evolving situation around COVID19 - everything is now remote)


Who we are looking for

  • You have 5+ years of experience with domain knowledge in Digital Transformation, Business Operating Models, Enterprise Architecture, IT-strategy, process improvements, organizational change or similar
  • You enjoy building relationships and are curious to learn more about different kinds of people and businesses
  • You want to take ownership of a critical part of the business and customer journey
  • You are structured and enjoy holding workshops and giving presentations
  • You are passionate about new technologies and will teach yourself how to use them
  • You love problem-solving and helping others succeed and are not phased by having new challenges thrown at you



  • Remotely based in United States with opportunity to travel
