Ardoq is looking for an experienced consultant to manage onboarding of new customers in North America.

The Customer Onboarding Specialist is a key role to optimize value for our new customers in North America. This means working with the CS team in New York and Head of Onboarding to define and implement new processes, ensure that we continue to build Ardoq for user-friendly implementation, enable automation and in general that we take an innovative look at how this function should be solved at speed and scale.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Lead on-boarding & consulting services for new and existing Ardoq customers 
  • Lead platform set up, coaching, training, webinars, & workshops for customers
  • Become an expert on the Ardoq solution and train customers with varying levels of sophistication
  • Provide best practice documentation for specific customer requirements and for reuse 
  • Be a trusted advisor for Ardoq product knowledge and digital transformation 
  • Translate business requirements/questions into practical use cases and ensure  technical requirements are in line with customer business value drivers 
  • Travel to customer sites is required, depending on customer needs. This will be both intra-country and international (but of course subject to the evolving situation around COVID19 - everything is now remote)


Who we are looking for

  • You have 2 to 5+ years of experience from management consulting or Enterprise Architecture  with domain knowledge in Digital Transformation, Business Operating Models, Enterprise Architecture, IT-strategy, process improvements, organizational change or similar
  • You enjoy building relationships and are curious to learn more about different kinds of people and businesses
  • You want to take ownership of a critical part of the business and customer journey
  • You are structured and enjoy holding workshops and giving presentations
  • You are passionate about new technologies and will teach yourself how to use them
  • You love problem-solving and helping others succeed and are not phased by having new challenges thrown at you
