We are looking for an experienced and driven leader to grow Ardoq’s new business operations in North America.

Essentially, we provide key insights needed for successful digital transformation.Director of Sales in North America is a key leadership role and will have the responsibility to lead by example to develop a world class sales organization from New York. This means to set a strategic direction for Mid-Market sales in the US and Canada and ensure Ardoq is realizing opportunities in the market. We believe that people, stakeholders at our customers and our employees are the most important thing for a technology company to scale. Key responsibilities of the role

  • Responsible for building Ardoq presence and growth of North America starting with Mid-Market (250 to 10,000 employees)
  • Responsible for developing employees to excel in their careers with experience of managing people remotely
  • Responsible for coaching individual employees for success
  • Responsible for recruitment of Account Executives, Business Development reps and Solution Specialists
  • Responsible successfully exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Manage overall sales and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting via CRM and required documents
  • Profit and loss responsibility
  • Working closely with VP of Sales 


Who we are looking for

  • 6+ years sales leadership experience selling deals of approximately $40k ARR and above
  • Strong individual sales background
  • Successful track record of hiring, coaching and developing high performance teams
  • (Proven track record of selling through others)
  • Experience from smaller technology companies (start-ups / scale ups)
  • Strategic mindset to see the big picture and to translate opportunities in to growing Ardoq in North America
  • Experience from selling Enterprise SaaS solutions towards technical markets (Typical stakeholders CIOs / CTOs)
  • Bachelor / Masters degree with outstanding results
