Partner Account Manager will be a key role at Ardoq, building the partnership channel as a new revenue stream for the company. This means working with the rest of the partner team to define and implement an end-to-end partnership program, develop a portfolio of strategic partnerships, ensure value realization for partners and commercialize a scalable revenue source for Ardoq.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize joint market opportunities. Participate in periodic business plan review meetings
  • Meet and exceed Quarterly Partner Sales Goals
  • Build strategic relationships with senior decision makers within the assigned partners and map them to Ardoq capabilities. Act as the influencer and internal advocate
  • Align sales, marketing & service activities against the goals
  • Build Ardoq´s end-to-end partnership program, spanning from acquisition, training, project delivery and commercialization
  • Present feedback from partners to product teams to develop important capabilities to scale the partnership channel
  • Travel to customer sites is required, depending on customer needs. This will be both intra-country and international (but of course subject to the evolving situation around COVID19 - everything is now remote)

Who we are looking for

  • 5 years plus experience within Sales/co-selling
  • Good organizational skills
  • Significant insights to Channel operating models & Strategic Partnership development
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills, excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • You enjoy building relationships and are curious to learn more about different kinds of people and businesses
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
  • You love negotiating contracts and winning new customers via partners
  • You strive working in teams and succeeding as a team
  • You speak and write English with full professional proficiency
