Partner Enablement Manager will be a key role at Ardoq, building the partnership channel as a new revenue stream for the company. This means working with the rest of the partner team to define and implement an end-to-end partnership program, develop a portfolio of strategic partnerships, ensure value realization for partners and commercialize a scalable revenue source for Ardoq.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Build strong relationships with partners, co-develop partner-specific Ardoq packages and set them up for commercial success
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize joint market opportunities. Participate in periodic business plan review meetings.
  • Plan and deliver partner onboarding projects
  • Support partners and Partner Account Manager as a product expert
  • Build Ardoq´s end-to-end partnership program, spanning from acquisition, training, project delivery and commercialization
  • Travel to customer sites is required, depending on customer needs. This will be both intra-country and international (but of course subject to the evolving situation around COVID19 - everything is now remote)

Who we are looking for

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience from management consulting or pre-sales, with domain knowledge in Digital Transformation, Business Operating Models, Enterprise Architecture, IT-strategy, process improvements, organizational change or similar
  • You enjoy building relationships and are curious to learn more about different kinds of people and businesses
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
  • You are structured and enjoy holding workshops and giving presentations
  • You are passionate about new technologies and will teach yourself how to use them
  • You love problem-solving and helping others succeed and are not phased by having new challenges thrown at you
  • You speak and write English with full professional proficiency
