Due to the rapid expansion of Ardoq, we are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic colleague with strong recruitment skills to support our global recruitment drive.  If you have a natural curiosity about people, business, and technology, we want to talk with you about this role.

As our new colleague, you will be central in all things related to attracting, finding, and recruiting new Ardoqians. You will be a key figure in helping us grow in line with our very ambitious goals. Recruiting will be broad, but with some focus on technical and sales roles.

You will be part of an inspiring company with an increasingly global presence, joining an exciting journey with an international and diverse team. You will be based in Oslo, but will work with managers across the organization and countries. You will join the newly established People and Organization team, reporting to the Global Director of People and Organization. You’ll also work closely with your Operations colleagues.

  • Ensure that we meet our ambitious hiring and retention targets, with a data-driven approach
  • Provide professional support to our managers in all elements of the attraction, recruitment, negotiation, and hiring cycle
  • Work with other departments to further develop our employer brand and ensure that we attract the people we need to grow, including building networks and a pool of skilled candidates
  • Contribute with your personal and professional competencies to help strengthen the Ardoq culture 
  • Ensure that our hiring approach executes diversity and inclusion practices
  • Run projects to further develop our approach to finding great colleagues
  • Manage our applicant tracking system (TeamTailor). Any previous system experience is an advantage
  • Attend recruitment fairs and events
  • Actively seek new knowledge to ensure team, system, and process development

You will need to have worked for a minimum of three years in either a talent acquisition or recruiting role, preferably within technical or sales recruiting. We already have a great foundation to further build upon and take our recruiting to the next level. We are therefore looking for someone that can bring previous experience and skills to help us grow quickly and bring in the right people.
