Revenue Ops Associate

With each new customer that drives that growth, there are security, data protection, procurement, and invoicing processes to follow. This Revenue Ops Associate role will be responsible to follow and improve those processes in coordination with the customer and Ardoq commercial teams. Success for this role is measured by accuracy and speed in “quote to cash” processes.

This role will work remotely with the opportunity to travel to our local offices in New York City, Oslo, London, & Copenhagen for short assignments. This role will report directly to the VP of Operations (based in Oslo, Norway) and training and follow-up on tasks will happen over Zoom, Slack, and task management tools. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the successful management and completion of all leadership-assigned tasks within the "Quote to Cash" process for customers in EU, UK, North America, and Asia Pacific
  • Stay current on new features, functionality, and application capabilities of “Quote to Cash” solutions (e.g., Chargebee, Xledger, etc.) to address business requirements
  • Responsibility to document details for each customer around Booking (contract signing and setting up Ardoq in customers’ procurement process), Billing (first invoice), Revenue (recurring and non-recurring), and Renewals (annual and custom)
  • Work closely with VP of Operations, CFO, Customer Success Director, and Sales Directors on shared priorities.

Preferred Background:

  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to organize and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with Ardoq and Customer stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze structured data
  • Proven ability to work remotely and communicate on digital platforms (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
  • Experience with configuring software solutions to streamline processes
  • Self-motivated, structured, creative, and curious
  • Fluency in English, with a second language a plus
  • Experience from SaaS “quote to cash” processes is a plus
