JOB OPENING: PRE-SALES SOLUTION SPECIALIST - UK & IRELAND 

(Reports to: Sales Director – UK & Ireland)

Ardoq is one of the fastest growing SaaS companies from the Nordics and we are looking for more great people to join our journey to progressively evolve and empower the field of Enterprise Architecture. We are looking to expand our team in London with a Solution Specialist to help us scale our commercial operations and ultimately drive value realisation of Ardoq.

You will be the primary technical lead and consultant in the engagements with prospective customers and partners primarily in the UK & Ireland. Your key responsibility will be to take ownership of the technical, consultative input, support and oversight on business cases that Ardoq is engaged in by becoming an Ardoq evangelist and specialist. You will not only work closely alongside the Business Development and Product Teams, but also play a key role in maturing Ardoq’s market presence while sparring with and supporting IT leaders and their Digital Transformation initiatives at some of the world's biggest and most exciting organisations.

Key responsibilities of the role

●      Be the solution- and local product specialist

●      Drive sales processes from a technical and product point of view - understand the customer

●      Educate and guide customers by delivering in-depth workshops, devise and run proof-of-concepts

●      Help customers define their key objectives and drive value realisation

●      Contribute to the development of best practices as part of a cross-functional collaboration with the Product team

●      Engage and present Ardoq to the C-suite and director-level at our customers

●      Travel to customer sites is required, depending on customer needs, and can be intra-country or international

 

Who we are looking for?

●      You enjoy building relationships

●      Interest in technical pre-sales within Software, preferably SaaS

●      The ability to lead business discussion from an architectural and technical standpoint

●      You are structured and like running workshops, demos and presentations

●      You are passionate about new technologies and will teach yourself how to use them

●      You have min. 1-2 years of experience working within management consulting, enterprise-/ solution architecture or other similar roles that bridge business & IT.

●      You love problem-solving and helping others succeed

●      You are naturally curious, self-reflective and comfortable working in a scale-up environment

●      Fluent in English both verbal and written

•    DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE - exposure to, and appreciation of, the value of architecting an enterprise. 

•    STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT - experience dealing with multiple stakeholders from different parts of the business with differing priorities

•    ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS - experience handling multiple concurrent projects at differing levels of maturity

•    COMMERCIAL ACUMEN - appreciation of working within a high-pace, commercial environment 

•    PROBLEM-SOLVING - experience identifying and solving complex problems

•    TEAM-ORIENTED - likes working and collaborating with colleagues on achieving common objectives
